PURCHASE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Ordering procedure
When you purchase from us, select your poker table, adding any of the options you wish, if available. After choosing your poker table, click on the 'add to cart' button to place the selected poker table in the shopping cart. To complete your purchase, click on the 'checkout now' button and fill in the information required on the following pages. Your payment will be processed by the HSBC bank UK. One of the top four high street banks in the UK. All payments and personal information is carried securely across the internet. Choose your preferred method of payment, fill in your payment details, and the order is placed. You will see a confirmation on the screen. A receipt will also be sent automatically to you via email and you will be returned back to the Cardroom Direct website.


Method of payment
Currently we accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA and AMEX), debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo).


Freight - and shipping charges
Shipping is completed by our own delivery drivers and vans ensuring you get the best possible service. Shipping and handling charges are presently debited at 75 for the first 100 miles (using AA Routefinder) and an additional 35 per 50 miles thereafter. The online order process will debit the first 75 automatically, if an additional charge is going to be incurred you will receive an email within 24hrs of your order. Reference postcode L159EF. Deliveries within the M25 are subject to an additional 15 surcharge for congestion charges. Delivery time
Ex-stock tables are available for immediate delivery. Be-spoke custom tables, manufactured just for you, are presentley delivered in approximately 21 days, we will email you with a confirmed delivery date. We will normally send your order to you in 21 business days . International orders are generally received in under 31 days.


Delivery
Your order is delivered to the address you provide when you finalise the check-out. We always ship packages in secure packaging and transit in the most economical way. This is to keep our prices low.



COMMON QUESTIONS

What is the Specification of the tables?
The poker tables are constructed from 18mm medium density fibre board with a 9mm medium density fibre board handrail. Under the playing surface they are constructed with a 6mm low density HR25 foam. The hand rail is padded with 25mm HR40 high density foam and upholstered in BS5852 ignition source 0, 1 & 5, BS 7176 medium hazard contract vinyl. The playing surface is fire retardant to BS5852, has unlimited colours to full width and is Teflon treated. Measurements are approximately 2450mm x 1180mm with a playing area of 2170mm x 880mm.


What do I do if the wrong product is delivered?
You contact our support by emailing customerservices@cardroomdirect.com You will get our return address, where you return the wrong products. We will then send you the correct products and refund you the price for returning the wrong items.


What do I do if the products I ordered never arrived?
Your product(s) should arrive within the stipulated delivery time, if nothing else is indicated. If you have not received your products within the stipulated delivery time, you should contact our support via email on customerservices@cardroomdirect.com question links. What do I do if the product I received was damaged?
If a product has been damaged during shipping we ask you to contact us immediately. You will most likely receive a new product assuming you return the old. Naturally, we will stand for the return shipping. Always save the packaging slip and your receipt.


What do I do if I happen to order the wrong item and already confirmed the purchase?
If you happen to carry out a purchase that contains the wrong product, we ask you to contact customer service immediately via the email on customerservices@cardroomdirect.com explaining what it is you incorrectly ordered and what, if any corrections you would like to make.


Can I purchase if I'm not 18?
No, you must be 18 years old in order to buy any product from us.


Can I order via fax, letter or telephone?

Cancellations?

Is it secure to leave my credit card number over the Internet?
When you shop with us you can feel safe and secure. We save no card numbers in our system; your transaction is processed by the HSBC bank in the UK. 14 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

At www.cardroomdirect.com we want all our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we will accept any vaild return from you within 14 days from our ship date. On all valid returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Follow these three steps:

  1. Email our customer service at customerservices@cardroomdirect.com and tell us what products you want to return and why? We will then send you our return address.
  2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip from the shipper and your receipt.
  3. Send your purchase back to the authorised address by any method you wish. You are responsible for this shipping.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included. Immediately after we have received and inspected your package you will get your complete refund (less a 15% restocking fee AND less the original shipping costs). If a product has been damaged during shipping, we ask you to contact us immediately. Always save the packing slip from the shipper and your receipt.
